The World golfing authorities led by the R and A and USGA have been discussing the advent of a Universal Handicapping System for some years and finally it is here. It will now be a handicap that is truly portable and will be able to be used anywhere in the world.
The Club is grateful to Greg Fitzhardinge who has provided a summary of the changes (Click on the link below) explaining how the new World Handicapping System will affect member’s handicap after the changes.
Posters explaining these changes have also been displayed around the Clubhouse.
