Sadly, longstanding member Geoff Sansom passed away last Saturday – the 12th February at the age of 82.
Geoff joined the club in 1973 and relinquished his membership in September last year after 48 years and was one of the club’s longest serving members. He last graced the course in 2018 but remained a regular at lunch on Wednesdays.
Geoff was a member of “The Table” and his dry humour frequently led to him becoming involved in animated but friendly discussions during lunches on Wednesdays before golf.
During his time as a member, he served on the committee from 1980-1983 and was Treasurer during that time.

A Cremation Service will be held on Tuesday March 8th at Karrakatta Cemetery (Norfolk Chapel) commencing at 1.30pm.
