British Open Sweep 2017

The 2017 British Open Tournament at Royal Birkdale was won by Jordan Spieth. The Proshop ran a sweep for the tournament along the same lines as the US Masters sweep.

The lucky member who drew Jordan was … Stuart Waters!

The runner up in The Open was Matt Kuchar who was drawn by long time member and course aficionado Ron Parkin.

Haotong Li from China claimed third place in The Open but was not drawn by anybody in the sweep, so Cath Bellemore and Vice-Captain Joe Alexander claimed third prize drawing Rory McIlroy (=T4) and Rafa Cabrera-Bello (=T4) respectively.

Congratulations to all winners, amounts will be credited to respective loyalty accounts! Thanks to all members that participated in the sweep and we will have another for the upcoming US PGA Championship at Quail Hollow in August.
