The “Thank a Superintendent Week” campaign which will run from 14th-20th May is a promotion by the Australian Golf Course Superintendents’ Association (AGCSA) who are encouraging all golf members to thank your local golf course superintendent.

Superintendents across Australia manage the largest and most valuable asset of any golf facility – the course. An affinity for the land, intimate knowledge of local conditions, a strong work ethic and a desire to present their patch of turf in the best possible condition, are just some of the many attributes a course superintendent brings to their club.

We encourage all members to thank our superintendent Tony McFadyean and his crew (Andrew Arrah, Harry Traylen and Andrew Snow) for their continued hard work and prudent management.
