NOTICE is hereby given that the Eighty Sixth Annual General Meeting of Members of Nedlands Golf Club Inc. will be held at the Clubhouse, Melvista Ave, Nedlands, on Tuesday 4 December 2018 at 7.00 pm.
BUSINESS:
(1) To confirm the minutes of the Annual General Meeting held on 5 December 2017;
(2) To receive and consider the reports of the Committee for the previous year;
(3) To receive and consider:
- the financial report of the Club for the preceding financial year; and
- the auditor’s report on the financial report;
(4) To declare the result of the election for the Committee;
(5) To appoint an Auditor for the ensuing year;
(6) To consider any General Business.
