NOTICE is hereby given that the Eighty Seventh Annual General Meeting of Members of Nedlands Golf Club Inc. will be held at the Clubhouse, Melvista Ave, Nedlands, on Tuesday 3 December 2019 at 7.00 pm.
In accordance with the Constitution of the Club, nominations for the following position on the Committee of the Club are called for:
- Vice President
Nominations for the position close at 5pm on Monday 18 November 2019.
Immediately after nominations close there is to be posted on the Notice Board, the names of the nominees for positions and the positions for which they have nominated.
The term of office for each of these positions is two (2) years.
A Member who has been a Voting Member for not less than 3 years is eligible for election.
A Voting Member who seeks nomination must be nominated by a Voting Member and have his or her nomination seconded by a Voting Member.
A nomination for election as an office bearer must:
- be in writing;
- be delivered to the General Manager on or before the date when nominations close; and
- specify the position or positions for which the Voting Member nominates
