The Premier of WA, Mark McGowan announced last night that Perth will come out of lockdown on Friday 5th February 2021 at 6.00pm if no new COVID-19 cases are recorded.

Post–lockdown restrictions will continue to apply in the Perth and Peel regions until 12.01am Sunday 14th February 2021.

The following restrictions apply to Nedlands Golf Club and the Committee request members and their guests adhere to them at all times:

 Golf Course

  • Wearing of masks whilst playing golf is mandatory as golf has been classified as a non-vigorous sport by the Health Minister, Roger Cook on 6PR this morning.

  • Maintain social distancing at all times.

  • All golfers and guests must be registered on-line.

Clubhouse

  • Seated service in the Clubhouse will recommence on Saturday 6th February with the bar opening at 10.30am and the restaurant opening at 11.00am.

  • Wearing of masks in the Clubhouse is mandatory, unless whilst eating and drinking.

  • Due to the 4 square meter rule, a limit of 52 members and guests at any one time is permitted in the upstairs bar/lounge area and a limit of 18 members and guests at any one time is permitted on the balcony. A first-come first-served approach will apply and please follow the directions of the house staff.

  • Maintain social distancing at all times.

  • Members and guests not registered on the golf time sheet for the day must register using the SAFEWA app or sign in using the manual register.

Your co-operation is requested to ensure that the Club is protected and the playing of golf in general is not jeopardised.
