You will recall that members donated old golf balls to Rotary – we have since received the following information:
The Rotary Club of West Perth has thanked us very much for our donation of used golf balls.
Three thousand golf balls have been numbered and each corresponds to a numbered raffle ticket – $20 each.
The raffle draw is a spectacular helicopter drop of the balls onto a specially constructed green at Victoria Gardens in East Perth on Sunday 27 April.
First prize is a car. Proceeds from the raffle will go to McCusker Alzheimers Research Foundation, Stroke and Muscular Dystrophy.
