The Eighty Seventh Annual General Meeting of Members of Nedlands Golf Club Inc. will be held at the Clubhouse, Melvista Avenue, Nedlands on Tuesday, 3rd December 2019 at 7.00 pm.
The Annual Report and Audited Financial Statements for the Year Ending 30 September 2019 for the AGM can be assessed by clicking on the links below.
Members are encouraged to attend the AGM to consider the Special Resolution proposed. The resolution will be voted on by Financial Voting Members via a secret ballot.
Pursuant to 8.4 in the Constitution the following Categories of financial members are entitled to vote – Adult Male Member, Adult Female Member, Life Member, Veteran Member, Six Day Member and Mid-week Member.
If Financial Voting members are unable to attend but would like to vote, you may pass your proxy to another Financial Voting Member who is allowed a maximum of 2 proxies. The proxy form can be accessed via the link below or from the office.
Please arrive half an hour prior in order to register and obtain the ballot paper.
